failing to report jerry sandusky to police and lying about it to a grand jury will be going to trial. >> a judge ruled there was more than enough evidence of wrong doing, especially after the dramatic testimony today of assistant coach, mike mcquery. he has live with more. scott. >> well, the assistant coach testified in detail before this hushed courtroom about the attack he claims he saw, but the lawyers for these two administrators and the former vice president said that is not the story they heard when mcquery told it to them. what did penn state athletic director, tim curly, and gary schultz know and when did they know it? today lawyers for both said mike mcquery never used specific words like intercourse or sodomy when he told his story to them back in 2002. here's what schultz's lawyer said after the hearing. >> i'm an italian from brooklyn and you may not have called the police. done what i would have done was get the boys in the car, a few baseball bats and take it to the fellow. actions speak louder than words. that didn't happen because mike mcquery never said
